BJ Santiago extends its customer satisfaction initiatives by answering to the Special Needs of its clients. Below are just a few of what we can further offer:
Shuttle Service
BJ Santiago understands the need for accessible transport. Upon proactive advice, a Shuttle Service could be arranged whenever necessary.
Transient Work Station
Given the customary needs of clients with long-term project contracts (at least one (1) year duration with an average monthly circulation of 12,000 copies), BJ Santiago may opt to provide a work station accessible and convenient for pre-press layout activities. Technical support may also be given if deemed necessary.
Equipment Assistance
Laptops and other related equipment can also be made available. All these special needs shall be pre-arranged with the implementing guidelines properly agreed upon by the parties involved.
Technical Training
Clients may be able to appreciate better all processes involved in printing, by making them familiar with the critical details of pre-press, press, and post-press activities. BJ Santiago may be tapped in providing the following learning interventions:

- Orientation on Printing Supplies
- Adobe PhotoShop
- Other trainings can be made available upon request
